Well, get ready to uncover all the secrets. In this class, we’ll start at the beginning - the beans, and we’ll chat about all factors influencing the final coffee cup taste.

We'll show you the golden ratios for the perfect shot and help you fine-tune your taste buds so you can recognise all the taste notes. We will experiment with different beans and optimise our espresso recipes. By the end of this class, we want you to be armed with knowledge and skills to brew a perfect cup of espresso.
