With us, you’ll learn all the important facts about the term ‘specialty coffee’. We’ll run through some plantation and processing types and what their influence is on the taste of coffee. Next, we'll dive into the nitty-gritty of coffee preparation. From espresso to filter coffee - what are the differences and how do different extraction types affect the aroma of the cups.
And last but not least we’ll dive into the milks and mylks. You’ll become biochemists for a tiny bit to understand how to steam the perfect silky smooth m(i/y)lks. Of course, we’ll also work on those instagram-worthy latte art hearts!

* sensory skills: coffee preparation and tasting
